Dear bush dental clinic, I’d like you to have my feedback on your clinic as I wanted to recommend you on google but had some difficulties. I rate this dental clinic 10/10. I have been a patient for a number of years and my experience of the clinical staff and customer service, has been excellent and consistent. Debbie and Lisa at reception who are so thoughtful, have always gone out of their way to help me when I have had emergencies and have really valued this.

I also recommend Dr Mirza who managed my anxiety during wisdom extraction! I have not met a dentist like him who was so calm and caring about his patients. Brilliant clinic and staff. Highly recommend.

I just want to express my thanks for Dr Zaman Mirza. who I saw for the first time yesterday for a routine check-up. He was everything I’ve come to expect from Busy Dental; very professional and conscientious, very clear in the way he talked through my x-rays and clear in all his suggestions for my dental health and very thorough in his treatment. He spoke to me in a friendly and approachable way and wasn’t patronising nor judgemental, which put me right at ease.

For several years I’ve been fortunate to see the excellent Jose Mourinho who set a very high standard. Zaman matched that standard and is a credit to your surgery. Please pass on my thanks to him for his time skill and empathy. And thank you, as ever, for running such a great surgery. I am very fortunate to be one of your patients.

Great service – Great Orthodontst I had full Invisalign treatment completed by the dentist at the clinic. From the wonderful staff on the front desk to the dentist themselves they were a pleasure to deal with.
The dentist explained the Invaslign process well and I couldn’t be happier with the results, the dentist was a very personable Orthodontist and would highly recommend the Bush Dental Clinic to anyone who is looking to get any dental/Invaslign treatment done.

On 2/2/15, I met Dr Sharmi Patel for the first time. I left the clinic and went home with the intention of writing to say how pleased I was with her. However, I did not do so until now. She was so kind and patient, and she took her time in explaining things to me. She was very detailed, and I felt that I was fully armed with the facts pertaining to my situation. I am not saying that other people have not been kind, however, with Dr Patel, I felt that she had gone the extra mile, starting with her greeting.

She spoke to me in a way whereby I was fully able to better understand my problem, and she left me feeling confident and not worried. I thank her very much for that.

The staff manning the reception desk cannot be left out, and can only be described as perfect in their delivery of customer care. They are always so kind and helpful. Debbie remembered my name, and that made me feel special. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that I have received at The Bush Dental Clinic, and I thank you all.

Dear All, Many thanks for almost two decades of care for my teeth! I’ve seen you move premises several times, each to a more professional and larger building. I have always found the receptionists extremely friendly and welcoming and will miss them, Debbie in particular, the most. However now is the time to completely remove my ties with London and hence start afresh in Yorkshire as all my business trips to South have now concluded, and whilst I enjoy my visits to the surgery, my leisure time would not be spent at the dentist going forward!! Thank you for always looking after me and my teeth – if ever I return to London on a more permanent basis I would hope to resume my relationship with you as a loyal previous customer.

Therefore please remove me from your client list and please pass on my appreciation to everyone involved over the years.

The Bush Dental Clinic is a little bit out of place on the Uxbridge road, you might say it sticks out like a sore thumb, but they fix teeth not thumbs, so let’s say it sticks out like a big white smile.

The reason it resembles an interloper is that it is very clean, modern and efficient looking. Most establishments in the area give the impression that whatever you want will take some time and a bit of a chat and potentially a dose of tomfoolery, and certainly a few chuckles.

In contrast, the Bush Dental Clinic feels like a shop from the future with its large, bright windows and clean fresh lines. This is no way unwelcoming though. Inside, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and the waiting areas are comfortable.

The dental hygienist tested my pain threshold considerably but was very thorough and professional. The dentist himself was great, very approachable, very nice – a top bloke. Professionally he dealt with all my queries and even wrote to a local orthodontist referring me. He replaced a filling for me, giving me the option of no anaesthetic (and no needle) which I took (because I’m a superhero) and did such an impressive job that I actually no longer know which tooth has the filling.

The best dental experience of my life.
