“To all at Bush Dentist, many thanks for the good job you have done. Thank you all. Don’t ever change!”
Your next experience at The Bush Dental is going to be a little different from usual. Here is what you can expect when arranging and visiting for an appointment.
We will need to conduct a medical history and a pre-visit COVID 19 assessment to ensure we can treat you safely before you arrive at The Bush Dental.
Please come alone unless necessary and ensure you do not arrive too early or be late – this allows us to limit the number of people in the practice. Only bring essential belongings. You will be asked some arrival questions to confirm the information you gave us in your pre-visit phone call.
Temperature checks will be taken on arrival.
Essential hygiene and Infection Control
You must clean your hands using the antibacterial gel provided as soon as you enter the Practice.
The Bush Dental follows up to date new infection control guidelines made by our governing bodies. We are performing deeper, thorough and more frequent cleans – especially in our surgeries. These are scheduled throughout the day to fit around appointments.
Protective screens and contactless payment
We have installed perspex screens in front of our reception desk. This is to keep our patients and staff safe when checking in/out or booking appointments at The Bush Dental.
To keep you safe we request you to use contactless or card payment instead of cash wherever possible.
Patients should come wearing a mask if possible or be prepared to wear one. If you need to wait inside the waiting areas, you will be given a mask to wear during your visit. All staff will also be wearing appropriate PPE to ensure your safety.
Our door will be closed and locked so please wait outside the front door just before your appointment time until we let you in.
Use of Toilet Facilities
We ask that you have already visited the lavatory, have ensured that you are hydrated and have already brushed your teeth before you arrive. Patient washroom facilities are still operational but guidelines have stated that their use be kept to a minimum. Please inform the receptionist if you need to use the washroom.
